UpGrade Unit for BX50WI

OYMPUS MICROSCOPE에서 현재 판매중인 전기생리학 실험을 위한 장비인 BX51WI는 아쉽게도 이전 모델인 BX50WI의 모델을 신규 유닛으로 업그레이드 하는데   있어서 매칭이 되지 않는 문제가 있습니다.

이유로는 BX50WI 리볼빙노스피스에 사용되는 DIC프리즘에서 위상천이 기능을 분리하여 콘덴서 단에 오도록 모듈이 변경되었기 때문입니다.   예전 모델(BX50WI)을 사용하고 계시는 고객은 신규 모델(BX51WI)의 일부 모듈을 구매하더라도 기능 업그레이드가 불가능합니다.

폐사에서 이러한 문제에  대한 서울대학교 생리학교실의 담당 선생님들의 의뢰를 받아 문제 해결을 위한  콘덴서와 FILTER홀더 등을 직접 제작울 통하여 문제 해결을 하였고, 훨신 개선된 이미지의 획득이 가능해졌습니다.

필요 유닛으로는 JNO-WICD-01, JNO-WICD-02 을 구매하고, 이 유닛을 이용하여 IR-DIC를 관찰하기 위한 광학구성을 완성하면 됩니다만,  이러한 광학 구성의 완성은 현미경에 관련한 깊은 이해를 필요로 하기 때문에 가능한 한 전문가와 상담하여 진행하시기를 권합니다.

Information

mCherry is a fluorophore (a fluorescent protein) used as a marker when tagged to molecules and cell components. mCherry and the majority of red fluorescent proteins derive from the protein drFP583 (commonly known as DsRed) isolated from Discosoma sea anemones, while other fluorescent proteins in the green range are often variants of jellyfish GFP. DsRed is a tetramer optimally excited at 558 and has an emission maximum at 583 .

Information

Fluorescent proteins, like EBFP, can be used as protein “tags” to study the subcellular localization of proteins and/or their translocation upon stimulation or as markers for transfection in transient and stable expression systems.

EBFP와 같은 형광 단백질은 자극이나 전이를 위한 안정적인 marker 로서 또는 그들의 일시적인 발현의 하위 세포를 연구하기 위해 단백질 “태그” 로 사용될 수 있습니다.

AcquCAM 23S2 mono camera has a USB 3.0 interface and is the perfect solution for many industrial automation, quality assurance, security, surveillance and medical applications. The mono camera ships with the very sensitive 1/1.2 inch CMOS Pregius  sensor. With up to 162 images per second, the AcuqCAM 23S2 is a low cost, yet highly versatile imaging solution. The camera includes a C to CS mount adapter, making it compatible to C and CS mount lenses.
